Currently I only accept Paypal as payment method.
Shipping:
- Where is this store based?
I ship from Belgium.
- When will my item be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within a few days after you've placed your order.
Please be patient but don't hesitate to ask details about your order's current status!
For pre-order items please check the estimated shipping date as written in the item's description.
- How long will shipping take?
Shipping within the EU usually takes a week. For orders to countries outside
the EU it usually takes 10 to 14 days, however sometimes it might be delayed due to customs.
If your order has not arrived after three weeks, please let me know!
- Custom duties?
Please be aware that if you order from a country outside the EU, customs duties might be charged
if you exceed a certain value of products, which will result in extra costs.
- My item is damaged!
If your item is damaged because of shipping, please take a picture of the damaged product
and contact me asap. I'll see if I can work something out for you!
- Can I return my item?
Sadly, no. Please be 100% sure when buying an item since it'll only be a hassle if we're not both happy!
